Notice for custom orders:

1. MOQ of printing booklet is 1000 pieces.The larger the quantity is, the cheaper the unit price will be.
2. Your requirements of materials ,thickness,processing technique,dimensions and quantity are necessary.
3. Your artwork in CDR, AI, PDF, EPS formats will be appreciated or we offer design service and Professional guidance for free.
4. You have to prove the ownership of the trade mark/logo and offer the certificate of authorization.
5. Special requirements must be presented in advance(eg:packaging, transport mode).

1. What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 100pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2. Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 7-8 days to reach you, subject where you are.

3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 3 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 7 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide AI,PSD,CDR or PDF etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be EXW ,FOB Shenzhen your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.

6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with CMYK or Pantone Matching System. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
